This smooth but rich blend of black Assam and pekoe comes from my great grandmother's "receipt" book and is for the Irish tea she brewed every morning, and often throughout the day, always with milk and sugar. She always gave me a small "cuppa" too, but mine was always more milk than tea. This has a wonderfully bold but subtle flavor and is a favorite with local customers.
