Aura Soother I was developed after numerous requests for something to help a headache.  This blend of chamomile, lemon balm, rose petals, ginger root, peppermint, lavender, and lavender extract is perfect with soothing a standard headache and even is good for migraines, if you catch them early enough.  We recommend a bit of honey, and drinking the tea while it is just warm.  

Use one to two teaspoons per cup of hot water. Steep five to eight minutes.

Caffeine free.
